I just ‘discovered’ something that I did not know if you have believe that! McCain had legal challenges to his right to be president based on where he was born too. Who knew? Now you may be wondering why I think this is worthy of writing about. I was wondering that too until I thought about the fact that Obama’s legal challenges concerning where he was born and if he was born in this country were well publicized and well talked about. Many seemingly credible news agencies talked about those nonsense lawsuits time and time again. However, I never ONCE heard about McCain’s place of birth being challenged. Have you? The first time I heard about any legal challenges raised against him was today.

Now maybe it is just me. Maybe everyone else knew about the lawsuits and there was a conspiracy to hide it from me (please note the sarcasm). However, the more likely scenario is that it was more fun to go after Obama than McCain. After all, he did live outside of this country while he was a child. If you believe what some have said, he did THAT on his own - not because of his mother (hello crazy people). Many have tried to paint a picture that has Obama being born in Kenya and therefore ineligible to be POTUS. I have even had people who talked about how his birth certificate couldn’t be real because of the FONT used to display it on that website Obama created. That one was really funny. It was as if some people couldn’t grasp the concept that birth certificates are printed on demand and that if you request one today, they are going to print it out using their current printer and stamp it with an official state seal - they do NOT use the printers/fonts which were in existence the year you were born! There is also the fact that you don’t have to be in America to be born American if one or both of your parents are American citizens.

Anyway, I just thought I would point out the media bias in this case and how it seems to be pretty one sided. The truth is you can say that about a lot of situations. At this point it really doesn’t make a difference to anyone except that idiot who is trying to get out of the military by claiming Obama can’t command him because he isn’t a citizen. I guess the fact that a Hawaiian official issued a birth certificate and another Hawaiian official has stated that Obama was born there and the Honolulu Advertiser had a birth announcement in it for Obama, which might possibly be VERY, VERY hard to plant 47 years in advance unless Obama is a time traveler, doesn’t mean anything. I guess we will go on living our lives without ever knowing if McCain OR/AND Obama are illegal aliens of some sort who managed to game the entire political system for years and come out with a job that pays less than Oprah makes in a day. I guess we will just have to be very stupid and move on……I hope!

To all you conspiracy theorists out there let me say this one thing. Please believe that if Obama was born outside of this country, Republicans would have been ALL OVER THAT! Never doubt for one second that they would have moved HEAVEN, EARTH AND HELL to get rid of Obama if that was true. Never doubt for a second that his lineage was pulled apart by the best Republican minds to determine if there was ANY way they could get rid of him legally. Never doubt that for one second. In case you didn’t know, Republicans don’t really have a lot of love for Obama. You may not have noticed that and you might find it hard to believe, but it is true. Very stupid, but very true.
