Just saw this story and want that couple to know that they ARE kidnappers, the child was WRONGFULLY taken and if they are such an afluent couple with so much to offer they should hire a surrogate and have their own child. I pray that God softens the hearts of the Zarenbinskis. They have to know that what they are doing to baby Emma is so cruel. If they really loved her and are not just thinking about themselves, they would GIVE EMMA BACK TO HER DADDY! When she grows up and finds out that they STOLE her from her loving dad that fought to see her, I promise you, she will hold it against the zarembinskis. There is a bond between child and parent that the Zarenbinskis can never have with her. Plus the zarembinskis are the ultimate opportunists, taking advantage of a pregnant young girl at her most vulnerable time….disgraceful! I don’t blame Colleen, she was probably being manipulated by her parents, the adoption agency and the lawyers. I know she loves and wanted to keep Emma too!

I am also saddened that any adoptive parents would insist on keeping a child when her biological father wants to raise her. Her dad never consented to the adoption. Utah’s laws can not supercede the federal law that governs this case.
My thoughts are with John Wyatt as he fights to get his daughter back. I hope the courts proceed quickly so he can be united with his daughter and enjoy all the joys of fatherhood.

I am absolutely SHOCKED that these people would make him fight at all! What kind of people would do that? This man WANTS his daughter. It would be one thing if he started fighting for her months after she was born or years after. This man filed for custody days after finding out about her. DAYS!!!! If the Zarembinskis had ANY morals, they would give this child back to the father!!!!
