I think Danmell Ndonye is a horrible, horrible person. This 18 year old woman, if I can even call her that, is a student at Hofstra University. She had sex with a few guys in a bathroom. She decided to lie and say that the boys raped her so that her new boyfriend wouldn’t think she was easy. She reported the alleged rape to police and the boys were arrested. A videotape made on a cell phone uncovered the truth - she had sex with some of the boys of her own free will! Here is a excerpt from an interview her boyfriend gave to the New York Post.

In an interview with the New York Post, the unidentified boyfriend from the Hempstead campus explained why he thinks Ndonye made up of the story of gang rape in a toilet stall. The boyfriend said that “she probably felt like ‘they’ll think I’m a slut’” if anyone, including her boyfriend, found out she had consensual sex with five men she’d just met.

The boyfriend then described the sequence of events that notorious night. The two had been dancing at an on-campus club, Hofstra USA, when a fight broke out and they got separated. The boyfriend went back to his dorm and waited for his girlfriend to return. When she finally did, the boyfriend said she looked disheveled and he questioned where she’d been for so long. When she said, in a calm voice, that she’d been raped, he had trouble believing her.

“Then she started crying, ‘I was raped.’ She lied to me. I think she was embarrassed,” the boyfriend said.

The boyfriend said he convinced her to call police.

The Nassau County District Attorney is now considering filing charges against the woman behind the rape hoax at Hofstra University.

The college freshman has left the campus, and is believed to be in seclusion at her father’s apartment in upper Manhattan.

18-year-old Danmell Ndonye is believed to be staying with her father in his apartment and not speaking to reporters about why she made up a story about being tied up and gang-raped inside a Hofstra University men’s bathroom.

Prosecutors say she cracked and confessed when the lawyer for two of the four men falsely accused provided a cellphone video that showed consensual sex, and no ropes or screams, as she had initially reported.

The four men, Hofstra student Rondell Bedward, 21, Stalin Felipe, 19, and Jesus L. Ortiz, 19, all of the Bronx; and Kevin R. Taveras, 20, of Brentwood, had been charged with five counts of first-degree rape. All charges have been dropped.

“What’s important here is that we found the truth. We got her to admit what happened and we put an end to the injustice,” said Nassau County DA Kathleen Rice.

As Rice considers bringing charges against the woman she called “troubled,” at least one of the four men wrongly arrested is considering a lawsuit.

20-year-old Kevin Taveras and his father say the repercussions from the wrongful arrest will be felt for years.

“Google my son’s name and it’s a sexual offender,” said Kevin’s father, Ramiro. “If he’s applying for a job, who’s going to make sure it doesn’t pop up.”

“I am not sure why a person would lie and put four peoples lives at stake,” added Kevin.

What a crazy nut job Danmell is! The boys she accused had already spent 22 hours in jail and each had a $500,000 bail. They had been suspended from school and were facing expulsion in addition to the criminal charges. Their names were blasted across the news and they were essentially made out to be guilty in the court of public opinion. Ironically, they were Black and Hispanic men.

These young men are now home with their families. Danmell Ndonye has been suspended from school and will be likely expelled. However, the damage she inflicted is long lasting. These boys have been entered into the criminal database, their mug shots have been blasted all across the world and their names are out there for everyone to see. IF, and this is a big IF, someone had not videotaped this woman having sex with some of these boys, she likely would not have recanted and told the truth! Were it not for that action, these young men would have had their lives ruined by this woman all because she didn’t want to be labeled a whore or a slut. What a fucking liar!

The prosecutor isn’t even the one who got her to confess! A lawyer for one of her victims obtained the recording from the person who made it. He, along with the prosecutors in the case, confronted her and THEN she told the truth. What a piece of trash Danmell Ndonye is! I hope this girl gets the book thrown at her. It isn’t enough to just cheat on your boyfriend, instead you want to drag 5 innocent people down with you! Why come on to the guys? Why have sex with them? The evidence showed that they didn’t force her to do anything! The evidence showed that she could have stopped or left at any time! Why not do that if you have a boyfriend waiting for you? At the very least, you shouldn’t put the lives of 5 boys in danger (prison is dangerous) just because you did something you regret. People like Danmell Ndonye should be thrown UNDER the jail in my opinion. You don’t mess with people’s lives just because you made a mistake or did something wrong and you don’t cry rape when you weren’t raped. These boys would have been labeled as sex offenders for the rest of their lives! I hope she gets exactly what she deserves.
