If she was bruised or obviously beaten then no charges should be pressed but I imagine it would be easy to validate she had been assaulted by having a forensic scientist or doctor checking her out. Or whoever' job it is to confirm those types of crime. She must have been pissed though haha. I just would have kicked him in the crotch hard if I were her.
